This is what happens when all of the elements come together correctly.

I like to think of this as fate having something to do with putting all of these things in motion so that I can create something beautiful.

It started first with a dress by Michelle of Dalliance Bespoke  and the stunning dresses she creates. If I could have a full studio of her dresses to use at any given moment I would.  But, what's great is I get to keep renting them from her, or my clients get to, and it helps support her dream! (see how fate is lining things up).

Second, I knew I wanted to capture this amazing grey Lila dress of hers, and I have ALWAYS wanted to shoot at Silver Lake here in Michigan.  The dunes are huge, and it almost looks like you are in a desert.  I have seen friends capture images up there, and it has been on my "bucket list" session place for awhile.

Insert my muse, Savannah, who was willing to be captured in the dress, and just so happens to have a place up in Silver Lake with her family. AND happened to be available up there over the 4th of July! 

I mean talk about fate! 

The weather even held out for us and was warm and sunny and just about perfect.  I was glad it wasn't too hot because we decided to camp in tents with my family( 2 kids and a baby to be exact) so we could do the shoot and have a little mini vacation!

There isn't much more to say than it was all perfect.  I would do it all over again(and lets be honest) I probably will.
